Kick-off with an interactive session to help participants reflect on their work dynamics, their demands, and the resources they have or need. This helps set the stage for recognizing the factors influencing well-being at work.

Mastering personal resources

Dive into activities and discussions that empower individuals to identify and harness their personal strengths and capabilities, fostering resilience and adaptability in the face of workplace challenges.

3 Effective communication for well-being

A deep dive into how open, constructive communication—including giving and receiving feedback—can serve as a vital tool in preventing burnout. Participants will practice communication skills that foster a supportive work environment.

Building a supportive culture

Focus on communication and active listening skills that promote mutual understanding and support within teams, enhancing workplace interpersonal relationships.

Strategizing emotional balance

Offer strategies to manage emotional responses effectively, ensuring participants maintain composure and make informed decisions in various work scenarios.

Action plan development

Employees will develop personalized action plans to apply the workshop's insights into their daily routines, ensuring lasting impact and immediate applicability.
